2026 is the Year of the Fire Horse according to the Tibetan calendar. According to ancient texts, in this special year, every performed kora (ritual circumambulation around a shrine) counts as 13. This means that your main pilgrimage around Mount Kailash will be equivalent to 13 full circles, which is an incredible spiritual achievement, an accumulation of good merits, and a powerful act of karma purification.
Our route is designed as a gradual preparation of body and spirit for the main accomplishment — the kora around Kailash. We will begin with acclimatization in Lhasa, the heart of Tibet, visiting the greatest palaces and temples. Then we will delve into sacred geography, exploring the caves of great yogis and monasteries of ancient schools, feeling the mystical power of Lake Yamdrok and sacred Manasarovar, to approach the foot of Kailash pure and ready.
The sacred Mount Kailash (6714 m) is a holy mountain for six religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Tengrism, the Bon religion, and the Ayyavazhi religion. It calls out to those who have lost the meaning of life and those who wish to find new goals. The Kora (circumambulation) around Mount Kailash is an attempt to change one's life, the course of one's thoughts; it is a journey into oneself. It is believed that during the three-day trek, our soul symbolically lives through another life, leaves current karma behind, and receives the opportunity to change its destiny.

Itinerary:
- Days 1-3: Lhasa. Acclimatization, Potala, Jokhang, Ganden and Chimpu caves, transfer and overnight stay at Samye Monastery.
- Day 4: Visit to Samye Monastery, transfer to Shigatse.
- Day 5: Visit to the monastery, transfer to Darchen.
- Days 6-8: The Secret Kingdom of Guge: Garuda Valley, Tsaparang fortress, Tholing Monastery, Zanda Canyon, and the petrified forest.
- Day 9: Return to Manasarovar, Chiu Monastery, arrival in Darchen.
- Days 10-12: The main accomplishment — a 3-day kora around the sacred Mount Kailash. Overcoming the Drolma-La pass (5,630 m) will be a test and a triumph of your spirit.
- Days 13-15: Return to Lhasa by plane, a free day to integrate the experienced journey, and flight home.
